The Verifier and the Approver can make changes to everything that the Submitter has captured. This includes;

• The Numeric Actuals on the Performance Indicators tab, including the %Base, where applicable
• The notes captured in the Qualitative/Instruction tab
• The Enablers, the Deviation reasons and the Corrective Measures captured on the Narrative/PoE tab
• The executive summary in the Executive Summary tab
• They can also replace the Evidence Files uploaded in the Narrative/PoE tab
